This project focused on creating a set of construction documents based on on a home that was situated on a sloped site by the water. The idea is to have a specific client in mind and design the interior space based on those clients needs.

My clients are a young couple who often host events and parties so an entertainment space was very necessary. The inclusion of guest rooms and spaces specifically for guests was also a large programming need.
