Blue Ocean hired me on as their lead designer on an apartment renovation in Lincoln Park. The original space needed a lot of work. My role was to create a space that was versatile and contemporary. I managed the material selection and overall design concept from beginning to end while working with contractors, vendors and investors. Using SketchUp and Photoshop I made material selections and added them into the virtual space to show to the investors.

This renovation acquired over $100,000 in net profits, and was a huge success for my first project after graduating with my bachelors in spring of 2021.
